Pay a bus lane fine (PCN)
You can see photographs and footage showing why you have received a bus lane ticket before you pay by entering your Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) number and vehicle registration number in the manage or pay your penalty charge notice (PCN) form. If, after reviewing the footage, you wish to make representations (appeal) against the PCN, please ensure they reach us within the 28 day period specified within the PCN.
To pay online you will need:
- a bus lane fine (PCN) number
- the vehicle registration number
- a credit or debit card
