We propose a range of reductions in staffing and non-staffing in Corporate Services Governance and Policy and Communications.

This proposal would explore options relating to:

• reducing staffing establishments
• reducing supplies budgets
• removing the Komatsu Youth Exchange
• reviewing systems support
• use of the Civic Centre space by partners
• a review of cross council advertising
• implementation of the workforce plan
• economies of scale through partner working with Gateshead Housing Company (GHC)
• a review of Print Point and Graphic Print Design
