Family intervention

Targeted Family Support service is a Tier 2 intervention service. When working with families you can make a referral by undertaking the Early Help Assessment (EHA) process with the consent of the family.

You can have a pre-referral discussion with the duty team on 0191 433 3319 / 5019. The EHA can be sent to earlyhelpservice@gateshead.gov.uk
