Callendar Court is the south of Gateshead and is within easy travelling distance to the centre of Gateshead and Newcastle City Centre.

There are 40 one and two bedroomed self-contained flats located in a high rise over 11 floors all with full wheelchair access. There's an on-site restaurant, hairdressing salon, lounge with wide screen TV, communal laundry and common rooms. Resident's friends and families can stay in a guest flat.

Close to the court are a post office, doctor's surgeries, dentists, banks a range of shops, and the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. A number of supermarkets can be found a short distance away.
