E-learning for Shared Lives Carers

The Councils new training and e-learning platform, Learning Hub was launched in June 2022. Shared Lives Carers can access any of the e-learning courses available on Learning Hub.

To request a user account for Learning Hub, please e-mail wdsupport@gateshead.gov.uk They will e-mail you your username and login details, along with a user guide.

How do I access Learning Hub?

Once you have received your login details , you can self enrol onto any of the courses on Learning Hub, however, you may find those listed below most applicable to your role. To view Learning Hub and access available e-learning courses go to Learning Hub external login (opens new window) then log in by entering your username and password.
