Watergate Court Home Group

Watergate Court is located opposite Emmanuel College in Lobley Hill.

The new building features 82 apartments located over three floors. There are 47 one bedroomed apartments, 20 two bedroomed apartments and 15 one bedroomed apartments with are specifically for residents with dementia. 

The new development features the latest technology in independent living. Apartments will be fitted with a tablet which will allow residents to speak to or video call carers or other residents at the touch of a button. It also features a voice activated call facility for residents to ask for help if they fall. 

As well as Bluetooth and Wifi throughout the building, at the building's heart will be a new Community Hub which will be for residents and the local community to use and enjoy. The facility also has open plan communal lounges, restaurant, coffee bar, treatment rooms, guest rooms and assisted bathrooms.
