Storage Area Network (SAN) Hardware and Software Support

The solution is for a hardware fault rectification break-fix and software support service including firmware upgrades of its existing Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) Nimble Storage devices. The contract covers the following provisions:

The supply and installation of all spare parts that are required to resolve a hardware fault(s).

Firmware upgrades of its existing Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) Nimble Storage devices.

Nimble Software support.

Firmware upgrades to Nimble Storage devices.

The disposal of all redundant parts that are replaced as part of a support call in line with Waste from Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations and General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) directives.
