This contract provides the provision of Audio/Visual equipment for meeting rooms within the Civic Centre and other Council buildings. Service Visits are arranged per annum and some of the equipment which can be supplied and installed by the supplier include:

·        Commercial Large Format Flat Panel Display

·        USB Camera

·        Camera Mount

·        Soundbar

·        Mounting Systems

·        Shelving Units

·        Speaker and Microphone Solution

·        Cables

·        Wireless Presentation System

Any requests for equipment must be made through IT, via Sam Charlton, and he will assess the needs before receiving a quote for the required solution from the supplier before any work is carried out.
