Break-fix Support Service for Dell Servers and Storage Devices

This contract is for the provision of a fault rectification break-fix support service for Dell servers and storage devices. It covers all the Council's Dell PowerEdge servers and Powervault disc and NAS devices. The contract includes an SLA for onsite repairs.

The list of items covered is agreed annually to account for changes in the IT estate.
