Microsoft Systems Support and Advice

Due to the high dependence on Microsoft system this contract is for the provision of professional advice and training on any Microsoft product, when the in-house knowledge and expertise is exhausted. This is in the form of a help desk function, where issues can be raised, monitored, and resolved with the supplier.
