Construction contractors and sub-contractors DPS

The Council have their own in-house provision for construction services who carry out works and services across the Borough of Gateshead. This DPS solution is required in addition to and to support/compliment the in-house resource where required.

The DPS covers Construction Contractor and Sub-Contractor requirements for the Council where there is a need to source external support to provide the works and/or services across various trades and/or disciplines.

The DPS replaces the previous standing list of Contractors and covers a wide range of discipline.

The opportunity to apply for inclusion on the DPS will be open throughout the lifetime of the DPS.

This contract is accessed via mini-competition with award made based upon quality/ price criteria determined at point of mini-competition.
