Lift refurbishment and maintenance

Maintenance, Refurbishment and Replacement of Passenger lifts in Council Buildings across the Borough of Gateshead.

The contractor is responsible for providing the Council's repair and maintenance programme across the Council's lift stock located in residential and civic buildings.

This provides a 24 hour service and the contractor will attend in the event of any breakdowns.
