Window cleaning

This contract is for the window cleaning services for both commercial and residential buildings across the Borough of Gateshead.

Lot 1 - General Clean

Supplier - City Clean

Low rise or standard buildings or depots, with basic internal and external cleaning requirements. No restricted areas of complex access issues and where no specialist equipment is needed.

Lot 2 - Complex Clean

Supplier - Pro Clean

The Complex/Specialist Clean lot consists of buildings with complex architecture, specialist buildings and/or buildings with restricted areas or complex access issues where specialist equipment may be needed to carry out Cleans to an appropriate standard.

Contract start date:  1 September 2022

Contract end date: 31 August 2026
