Gateshead Visible Ethnic Minorities Support Group

We offer advice and support to minority ethnic, refugee and asylum seeker communities. You will receive a hot or cold drink, biscuits, snacks and will be welcomed by one of our staff members and volunteers.

We offer a range of advice and support and signposting to a range of services including housing, health and wellbeing, cultural and creative opportunities, social services, environmental services, education, volunteering, career opportunities, access to Police. Help with filling in forms and signposting to other support networks.

We can offer translation services for Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Bengali, Kurdish, Farsi, Arabic, French, Italian and Spanish.
