2 Way Tenancy Solutions CIC is a local social enterprise that works with tenants from social housing providers and private landlords tenants, in Gateshead, reduce rent arrears, support them to pay rent and avoid eviction or becoming homeless.

We offer housing advice and support for social housing and private tenants, social housing landlords and private landlords.

For landlords: the service is open and accessible to all landlords who have issues with a tenant.

For tenants: support is available to people who are threatened with homelessness or at risk of homelessness.
