Tenant satisfaction survey 2024/25
We aim to deliver housing services that meet the needs of all our tenants. To help us do this we want to know what you think about how we currently deliver services.
We are working closely with independent market research experts, Kwest Research Ltd, who from October 2024, will be asking a sample of our tenants to take part in a short survey. The survey will be conducted by telephone and should only take a few minutes to complete.
If you are contacted by Kwest, they will always explain who they are and ask if you wish to take part. This is your opportunity to tell us how you feel about everything from customer service and repairs to how we tackle antisocial behaviour and much more. We hope you'll take a moment to let us know what you think.
We have a data-sharing agreement in place with Kwest which ensures we fully comply with all data-sharing legislation. Kwest will never ask for your personal or financial information or try to sell anything, and they will never pass your name or contact details to any third-party organisations.
Your views will provide valuable information on how you feel about the way we deliver housing services and why. We will use your feedback to inform service improvements and housing priorities. The results of the survey and how we will respond to what you have told us will also be published on our website and other council publications.
As we're surveying a representative sample of tenants, you will only be able to take part if you're randomly selected and contacted. If you are not contacted to take part, we do offer a range of ways that you can engage with us to influence how we deliver housing services.
