Chapter 12: Our teacher called Covid

At the beginning of the report, I wrote about how important it was to capture and use the learning from our pandemic experiences. These are the lessons that I've taken from Gateshead's Covid stories. Firstly, I want to re-affirm our Thrive pledges.
