Learning objectives
By the end of the session participants will be able to:
- Understanding what is high risk
- Understand the MARAC Process and how agencies contribute to MARAC
- Recognise the underpinning legislation and principles
- Understand the role of Safelives
- Understand Risk Indicator Checklist (RIC) and referral form
- Understand the meeting processes and contribute to the MARAC Action Planning process
- Understand how MARAC links to MAPPA/MATAC and understand their thresholds

- Intercollegiate Framework: level 2 People identified in Groups 3-5
- Bournemouth University Framework: People identified in Group B2-D
- Staff who may work with people at risk of high risk DVA or have responsibility of attending MARAC Meetings
