Our Telecare Services Association (TSA) membership

Since 2011, Gateshead Care Call have been accredited members of the Telecare Services Association (TSA). We take part in annual audits to ensure all standards are met through the Quality Standards Framework. The TSA is the industry and advisory body for technology enabled care (TEC) in the UK.

  • 97.5% of alarm calls to be answered within one minute.
  • 99.9% of alarm calls to be answered within three minutes.

  • 90% of mobile responses to arrive within 45 minutes.

  • two to five working days for urgent installs
