Bestway donates £200 worth of chocolate for Gateshead's looked-after children

Bestway Wholesale helped foster families and children to enjoy Christmas with a 'sweet' donation.

The company generously donated £200 worth of chocolate boxes for the Gateshead Fostering annual Christmas party.

In total, they donated 16 boxes of Quality Street, 36 boxes of Celebrations and 18 boxes of Roses and children's crisps, all of which were greatly welcomed by the children and families.

Michelle Sterricker, Fostering Team Manager at Gateshead Council, said: "We were very grateful to Bestway Wholesale for their generous donation, alongside Tesco Gateshead and Greggs who also gave food donations, which helped us to make the party really special for the children and foster families."
