    Step into Work programme

    Join our Step into Work programme and gain the skills to become our newest team member.

    We're looking for caring, driven people who want to make a difference in their local community. You don't need previous experience - we'll give you everything you need to progress.

    As part of the programme, you'll get:

    • six weeks of training specifically tailored to working in care
    • one week of work experience
    • a guaranteed interview for a role in our service

    There's also an opportunity for one-to-one sessions where we'll help you with job applications, updating your CV and more.
