Integration Station: Empowering New and Emerging Communities

The project seeks to empower and uplift marginalised communities residing in Gateshead, with a particular emphasis on refugees and East European migrants, including Roma Gypsies from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Romania.

Through a multifaceted strategy involving training, volunteering, and work placement opportunities as well as one to one employment support, the project aims to address the specific employability needs of these communities and facilitate their integration into the local workforce
