Music and the Deaf are a national charity which helps people of all levels of hearing loss to access and enjoy music.
They provide:
- music workshops
- training
- resources
- awareness talks on music and deafness
The workshops provide practical and accessible music experiences for deaf and hard of hearing people of all ages. They are available to schools and community groups and are often led by deaf music educators. With 30 years of expertise in providing music opportunities to deaf people of all ages, they provide practical training and consultation to any professionals who work with deaf people including Teachers of the Deaf and instrumental tutors.
