Productivity Plan

As part of the 2024/25 Local Government Finance Settlement, councils are required to publish a Productivity Plan setting out how they are transforming services, embracing technology and reducing spend, as well as barriers Government can remove.

Gateshead Council's Productivity Plan was approved by Cabinet on 16 July 2024.
