Our process walkthrough highlights the digital experience from the perspective of a new user. We show the user journey at every stage from an initial search using a search engine, to the website content, full form completion, the payment process and the emails the user receives to confirm the process has been successful. 

The walkthrough aims to show a consistent, accessible, and user-friendly customer experience. Our ambition is to have all our digital services follow this format.
