Prospero CES deliver high impact tuition and intervention services, including bespoke programmes tailored to the students' needs either face-to-face or online on an academic, vocational or social developmental basis from EYFS to post 16.
They deliver a person-centered and joined-up approach to identifying and meeting the needs of learners and their families/carers/associated professionals.
They focus on engagement and participation of learners and their families /carers/associated professionals so that they have greater choice, feel they are in control and are being listened to and their concerns are resolved. Using effective practice, data and wider intelligence and independent assessment to drive improvement.

They support all SEND needs - they identify a suitably experienced professional to support specific SEND need and adapt teaching.
Suitable ages ranges
Prospero CES accepted children from ages 3 to 25 years old.
Qualifications available
Children can gain the following qualifications:
- Functional Skills Entry Level 3, Level 1 and Level 2
- Tuition towards SATs, 11+, and GCSE's - EYFS through to Post 16
About the teaching
Training can be carried out either in the students home, a local community setting or local library.
Students can attend from any location.
Teaching is delivered typically with a ratio of 1 teacher to 1 student, or 2:1.
The provision is open from 8.30am to 4pm. Students can attend upto 17 hours per week.
Transport is not provided.
Prospero CES are able to provide urgent placements.
The length of programme can be adapted to what is required for each student.

How to apply for a place for a student
You can make initial contact by email or phone to complete a referral form.
Contact with schools
Once a student has began their training, there is an online portal to confirm attendance/non-attendance.
They also provide daily feedback for each student.

Insurance
Prospero CES have current public liability cover and insurance certificates are displayed.
They also have current employee liability cover.
Safeguarding
Prospero CES have a compliant safeguarding policy in place which is reviewed yearly.
Pre-employment checks are carried out in line with guidance.
The provision has a designated safeguarding lead and there is regular training for all staff at the provision.
Health and safety
Prospero CES have a health and safety policy in place with a designated member of staff trained to Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) standard.
They have full risk assessment for the premises and carry out regular fire drills which are recorded.
They have all required first aid equipment in place in line with RIDDOR procedures (Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 2013).
Data protection
Prospero CES have a data retention policy in place which is reviewed regularly. Staff also receive regular training.
They have a privacy notice in place that explains how they collect, use and protect people's personal data.
