Thank you everybody for taking the time to watch this video.

Could I first of all say to everybody, very Merry Christmas. and looking forward to a peaceful and successful 2025.

It has been a challenging year, 2024. In fact, actually it's been a challenging 15 years. Gateshead Council and Gateshead have gone through some really difficult times over the last 15 years.

We have had some changes this year and thankfully I'm beginning to look forward optimistically towards the future.

Gateshead is a fabulous place.

We have some really strong partnerships with organisations in the public sector, in the private sector and the voluntary community sector. People care passionately about Gateshead. And I think that pulling together those really strong partnerships, we should be able to look forward positively to a much better and brighter future and into 2025.
