Introduction to 3D Printing: Personalised Keyring

This session will cover the safe use of our 3D printers and how you can use them independently. Adults only. Participants must have basic keyboard and mouse skills.

Interested in using 3D printers? Sign up for this session, become a MakerPlace member and learn the basics of 3D design. This session will cover the safe use of our 3D printers and how you can use them independently. Participants must have basic keyboard and mouse skills. Participants must have basic keyboard and mouse skills. As 3D printing takes a long time, your print will need to be collected at a later point. We will contact you to let you know that your print is ready for collection, or we are able to send the print to any Gateshead Council Library for collection.    Late Arrivals: It will not be possible to join a workshop if you arrive more than 15 minutes late. By this time in a workshop, technical knowledge will have been covered and it won't be possible to go back over this information.   Resources: All resources are included in the cost of the ticket for this event. Unless stated otherwise, you do not need to bring anything with you to participate. Mobile Phones: We ask that mobile phones are not used during a workshop.   Food and Drink: Only covered beverages are allowed in the MakerPlace, we ask that you keep drinks away from the equipment and computers.
