Gateshead Connects spaces
Gateshead Connects spaces are places in your community where you can access the support you need for social care issues by speaking to a member of staff face to face.
You can talk to someone from community-based organisations and statutory services about your circumstances, your strengths and sources of support. This can help you make changes in your life and achieve any outcomes that you have chosen.
Three existing Welcome Warm Spaces Felling Family Hub, Christ Church and Pelaw Library host a Gateshead Connects space. They offer:
- budgeting skills
- mental health and wellbeing support
- housing
- fuel poverty
- carer support
- community activities
- independent living
