Level 4 Associate Project Manager

Requirements
- Level 2 Maths and English equivalent eg GCSEs grade C or above/level 4 or above
- 18 months on programme and 5-month window for End Point Assessment
- the potential apprentice is someone who manages teams and/or projects to achieve operational/departmental goals
- the course is suitable for the following job roles: assistant project manager, junior project manager, project team leader, project manager or project lead
- support from a workplace mentor, who can attend monthly reviews

- research and analysis
- evaluation
Assessment methods
- taught session once a month at Gateshead Interchange
- at least 5 hours a month required during working hours, for the apprentice to write up evidence for the show case portfolio
- a log of training and development activities to be maintained
End point assessment
End point assessment will take place in the final 3 months, dependant on learner progress. The assessment will consist of:
- compile an E-portfolio of evidence
- manage a project, create a report and presentation
- professional discussion
