Selective landlord licensing conditions

The licence holder must;

a.  supply to the occupiers of the house a written statement of the terms on which they occupy it. (MC)

b.  provide to the Local Authority within seven days of the request, a copy of the written, signed statement of the terms on which the tenants occupy the property. (DC)

c.  Information provided to the tenant must include (DC):

• the name and address of landlord
• the name and address of the licence holder or managing agent
• a contact address and daytime telephone number
• an emergency telephone number
• a copy of the selective landlord licence including the conditions
