Course overview
This course aims to create a unique journal full of personal thoughts and feelings important to you. It aims to develop journaling as a daily habit, which can be used to support positive mental health.
Course content
During this course, you will learn how to journal as a way of supporting good mental health and thus improving relationships with family and friends. It will begin by looking at what aspects of your wellbeing you want to focus on in your journal. You can then start to appreciate what is in your control and what is not. You can change unhelpful habits by applying journaling strategies to support your wellbeing.
Who this course is for
Parents / carers and relatives of school aged children and community groups.
Materials and equipment
All materials will be provided by Learning and Skills tutors.
Assessment
Your tutor will assess your work and photograph the things you have made as evidence of your hard work. You will work on targets together to show your learning over the course.
