Scrapbooking

Total course hours
15 hours.
Course overview
Would you like to create a scrapbook of your special memories? On this course you can design and create a scrapbook on a topic of your choice. For example, this could be related to family, nature or whatever you enjoy doing. Using a collection of your own photographs and items important to you, you will learn to share stories and ideas. You will be supported to develop new techniques to collate your ideas into your own personal scrapbook to treasure. This can then be used as a communication tool to share something about yourself with friends and family.
Course content
You will work with a tutor for around 1 hour finding out about new crafting techniques such as layering paper, making a pop-up scrapbook page and using embellishments. You will then work with your child in school for 30 minutes to share the new skill you have learnt.
