If you already have a device and internet access, there's lots of training and information available to get you confident online.

We have an amazing selection of digital services in our own local libraries. They can support you with job searching, using creative digital tools and equipment such as 3D printers, or maybe you want to learn more about coding and STEM -  there is something for everyone. Learn My Way (opens new window) is a website that offers free workshops and courses you can do in your own time at your own pace, helping you develop digital skills to make the most of the online world.

Barclays Digital Wings (opens new window) can help you with many aspects of getting online, from choosing a device to getting connected. Their website offers several courses including digital foundation skills, communicating, skills for work and life, problem solving and handing personal information. 

The National Careers Service (opens new window) has developed 'The Skills Toolkit', which provides access to free courses to help you learn new skills or change jobs. There are courses available in maths, computer essentials, personal growth and wellbeing, digital design and marketing, computer science and coding, and many more.
