We are here to provide free advice to businesses in relation to trading standards legislation.

If you have recently started up in business, moved into new premises or you want to make sure the information we hold about your business is accurate please complete the online self assessment questionnaire. This will enable us to keep an up to date record of current businesses in Gateshead. We will also be able to identify new or existing businesses that may benefit from our advice.
