Gambling and gaming licences

Under Section 349 of the Gambling Act 2005 all Local Authorities are required to produce a 'Statement of Licensing Principles'.

Local authorities are responsible for the registration of small society lotteries. Large non-commercial society lotteries are administered by the Gambling Commission.
