Southernwood Promoting Independence Centre
Southernwood is one of 3 centres across the borough. Facilitating intermediate care, planned or emergency assessment, respite and flexible day service provision 7 days a week from 8am to 9.30pm.
Through same day referrals, accommodation can vary from an overnight stay up to a 6 week period. The service age range starts 18+ for people with a wide range of conditions such as dementia frailty, mental health, physical and learning disabilities, and sensory impairments as well as palliative/end of life care.
