Meet the team
Landlord licensing is is facilitated and implemented by officers within the Private Sector Housing Team within the Development and Public Protection Service.
The team is a combination of qualified Environmental Health Officers and Technical Officers with many years of experience of working with landlords and within the private rented sector. We are based on the second floor of the Civic Centre, Gateshead.
The designated licensing areas have been split between officers as follows:
