Pay with your debit card by phone 24 hours a day, by calling 0800 052 3455. It's automated, safe, fast and easy. You will need your eight digit reference number. Calls will be charged at £0.02p per minute, plus your standard network charge.
By cheque
Payable to Gateshead Council. Write your address and your account number on the back of the cheque and post to:
Gateshead Council, Civic Centre, Regent Street, Gateshead NE8 1HH.

Please be aware that due to the current coronavirus situation all of our buildings are closed to the public, and all payments in person have been suspended.
