Bulky waste terms and conditions

All items must:

• be stated at the time of booking as excess items will not be collected
• be outside by 7.30am on collection day
• be as close to the edge of property as possible
• be easily accessible - for example no locked gate, dog in garden
• not be obstructed by or containing items you have not asked us to collect
• not be contaminated in any way
• not be placed outside the boundary of the property before 7.30am on the day of collection - items left at any other times will be considered as fly tipping and enforcement action will be taken

In addition:

• you will need to wrap any items containing glass to avoid shattering or breakage
• you can wrap glass items in newspaper, bubble wrap, fabric or plastic sheeting
• if any of these conditions are not met another chargeable collection will apply
• changes (including items removed by other means/ persons) or cancellations must be made at least 2 working days before the collection date, refunds will not be given after this time
• if your items can not be collected due to circumstances beyond our control, for example severe weather, we will contact you to re-arrange your collection
